Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. We offer express shipping as well and always with a tracking number when order is placed.
If you need to change the address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing order with order number, either email or call customer support. Depending on area, some orders are shipped right away and it is not always possible to change your shipping address or to cancel the order.Â
If shipping to the United States, depending on area, it may take up to 3-6 business days. If within Canada, it may take about 2-5 business days shipping. We do have express available.Â
You will receive a confirmation email after your has been placed. It will contain details of your order. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, which you can use to track your order usually within a few days, depending on area.Â
NOTE: Some countries or couriers does not offer tracking codes, therefore you simple contact us and we will provide your tracking.
If your order says delivered by a courier and you still have not received it. Please checked with your post office. They will direct you on information about order and whether or not you should file a claim. Since we do not exercise control over the package once it has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, we will not grant a refund if it has been established that parcel was signed for and delivered. If the parcel has not been signed or delivered, we will re-ship the parcel or give a refund. Please contact us in a event that this has happened.Â
